The A4 apartment is situated on the upper ground floor at the front side of the house, offering a beautiful sea view. It boasts two bedrooms with double beds, a comprehensively furnished kitchen, a combined living and dining space, and a bathroom.
A spacious terrace is accessible from the dining section and presents a view of the beach and the sea. A grill is available for guest use in the property’s rear garden.
A complimentary parking spot is provided in front of the house.

Included in the prices are:
- Weekly fresh bed linens and towels
- Utilities: water, gas, and electricity
- Post-stay cleaning service
- Air conditioning
- Wi-Fi access
- One parking spot in front of the house
Not included in the prices are:
- Tourist tax: 1.5 € daily for adults, 0.75 € daily for children aged 12-18, and no charge for children under 12.
How to Reserve an Apartment?
To inquire about a reservation, please visit our Reservations & Calendar page, where you can view availability for each apartment and book your stay using the reservation forms.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond as soon as possible. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay cost is required. If you accept the price quote and offer, we will provide you with all the necessary payment details, including the account number and bank information.
Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The remaining balance and tourist tax will be calculated and due upon arrival.
Check-in and Check-out Times
During the high season, check-in is available after 14:00, and check-out is required by 10:00. Outside of the high season, arrival and departure times can be adjusted upon request, if possible.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, a full refund (100%) of the reservation fee will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
