Our family-run seaside house offers three modern, fully equipped apartments — ideal for families, couples, and friends looking for comfort, peace, and authentic Dalmatian charm.
Each apartment features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, and spacious terraces — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset.
The beach is only 50 meters away, shallow and calm, making it ideal for children and families.

Apartments Zizic are located in Slatine, a peaceful coastal village on Čiovo Island, just across from Trogir and a short drive or boat ride from Split.
Our house is only 50 meters from a beautiful pebble beach with crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming and safe for children.
Everything you need within reach
On the beach there is a small bar and restaurant, perfect for a coffee, lunch or evening drink by the sea.
A supermarket is 100 meters from our house and bus stop is in front of it, making it easy to enjoy your stay without needing a car.
Surrounded by nature and Dalmatian charm
Our property features beautifully maintained gardens with vibrant flowers, green lawns, and a variety of Mediterranean plants, offering a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay.
From here, you can easily explore UNESCO sites of Trogir’s old town and Split’s Diocletian Palace, or the waterfalls of Krka National Park — all within an hour’s reach.
